Q ::: What is the best time of year for a wedding in Broome?
A ::: May to October is the "dry" season in Broome, with November to April (the "Summer") offering some spectacular sunsets. If it is just the two of you, take advantage of the summer specials in accommodation making the most of the tropics in your chosen Resort. If a group of guests will be attending, then we recommend the dry season.
Q ::: Is Broome expensive to get to for our guests?
A ::: Not anymore. Broome is serviced by three airlines - Qantas, Skywest and Virgin with direct flights from Perth, Darwin, Sydney and Melbourne. Fares can be very competitive.
Q ::: Why should we use Broome Weddings to organize our wedding?
A ::: We are experienced, independent and live in Broome. We have coordinated approximately 200 weddings, so we know how to ensure a smoothly run and stress free wedding.
Q ::: How much notice do we need to give before getting married?
A ::: Legally the Notice of Intended Marriage form needs to be lodged with your celebrant at least 1 month and 1 day prior to the wedding date. When you book with Broome Weddings we can supply you with the form and book a celebrant for you.
Q ::: What type of flowers can we get for bouquets in Broome?
A ::: Our florist orders all flowers from Perth. When you book your wedding with Broome Weddings we will email you some pictures of various bouquet styles which would be suitable for the season and your wedding package.
